• Show your smartphone Vatican & Sistine Chapel tickets to the security guards at the entrance, then swap it for a paper ticket at the 'CASSA ONLINE E GRUPPI' box office after the security check
• Be on time, as Vatican personnel may not let in latecomers
• Make sure to bring a valid ID for reduced tickets. Without valid ID, you will be asked to pay for a full price ticket in order to enter and the discounted ticket will not be refunded
• **Please note:* • From 2 January 2024 show your smartphone ticket at the staff at the entrance corridor of the Vatican Museums. Then validate your tickets at the entrance turnstiles
