- Not suitable for pregnant women
- Visitors under the influence of alcohol or any substance will not be admitted, with no refund issued
- Maximum weight 130 kg, maximum waist measurement 125 cm, maximum upper thigh measurement 75 cm
Please note that:
- During busy periods, short waiting times may occur
- Small lockers are available, but please don't bring large objects
- Cameras can't be carried up, but you can bring your smartphone. A professional photographer will take pictures on-site, which can be purchased afterwards
- Shoes and an over-clothing suit will be provided. Please wear socks
- Please wear appropriate clothing for the weather
- Go directly to the entrance and show your smartphone ticket
- Please check in at least 15 minutes before your chosen timeslot so the climb can start on time. Latecomers will not be admitted or refunded
