Learn how chocolate is made during a tour of a chocolate factory near Turin.
Visit the production laboratory and follow the chocolate-making process from roasting cocoa beans to creating gianduiotti, traditional chocolate bonbons made with IGP hazelnuts from Piedmont.
Learn about the techniques used to make and shape the chocolates by hand.
At the end of the tour, enjoy a tasting of gianduiotti, single-origin chocolates with different cocoa percentages, and one of the factory’s spreadable chocolate creams.
