Visit a chocolate factory near Turin and learn about the chocolate-making process from cocoa bean to finished product.
During the tour, you will visit the production laboratory and see how chocolate is made, including the roasting of cocoa beans and the creation of gianduiotto, a traditional chocolate made with IGP Piedmont hazelnuts.
Learn about the techniques and craftsmanship involved in producing high-quality chocolate.
The experience concludes with a tasting of handcrafted gianduiotto, single-origin chocolates with different cocoa percentages, and a spreadable chocolate cream.
You will also have the opportunity to purchase products directly from the laboratory.
