- 45-minute lake cruise (if unavailable, an alternative extra is included)

- All passengers need to have their own seat

- Hand luggage (only large luggage cases) can be stored at the tourist information centre
- You will stop in one of the Lakeland villages for approximately one hour. You will find a number of pubs, cafes, restaurants, and sandwich shops there
- Show your smartphone ticket at the meeting point, the Windermere Tourist Information Centre (see map)
- Please make sure to arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your timeslot for check-in
