The ticket is free for residents of Sutri, for children up to 12 years old, people with a disability with 74% disability, accredited journalists, and teachers with a secretary's note.

Inside the Mithraeum, to preserve the protection of the frescoes, entry is limited to 20 people max per shift. Admissions every 20 minutes starting from 10:20 until 15:40.
