- Show your smartphone ticket at entrance 'A'. During peak times, there could be multiple lines to stagger entry. Check the front of the line for a sign that says the timeslot for entry.
- Make sure you arrive early to anticipate potential public transport issues. Latecomers won’t be admitted 30 minutes after the selected timeslot

- Some fountains may be closed or shows may stop earlier than others, please double check exact schedules with an agent upon arrival
