Cancellations:

• Full refunds for cancellations made at least 2 weeks prior to the event date
• If you cancel between 14 to 3 days before the event, the cancellation fee is 50% of the total amount paid
• If you cancel within 3 days of your tasting or tour, the cancellation fee is 100% of the total amount paid

There's no need to print the ticket, you will be checked in with your name.
