• Tickets are free on Sundays and national public holidays for all residents in Portugal. You must go to the monument's ticket office on the day of your visit and present your Citizen Card

• Please keep your ticket available during your visit
• Inside the palace, you can't take photographs using flash or a tripod
• No dogs are allowed in the palace and park, with the exception of guide dogs

• About 45 minutes walking from the center of Sintra
• Bus: Scotturb Line 434 (Pena circuit) from Sintra Train Station
• No parking

• Access to the National Palace of Pena via the Pena Ramp is temporarily disrupted. As an alternative:
• Largo de São Pedro: reach the monument entrance via Calçada da Pena
• Santa Eufémia park: Access via the pedestrian route linking the Santa Eufémia Chapel to Casa da Lapa
