It is the first national Museum dedicated to the universe of Comics and Illustration. It has the largest documentary collection in the country: Satirical Press, Weekly Newspapers, Children's Press, Notebooks for girls and adventures, Magazines, Graphic Novels, Original Plates, etc. An archive of nearly 30,000 units, of which more than 2,000 belong to original work.

Excellent exhibition and great to see all the original sketches! Very pleasant staff although we would like to have been reminded when we went in that the museum closed at lunch time. Or it would have been good to gave been advised ten minutes before closing time. Nevertheless, well put together and very enjoyable!
