• Transfer to and from Moorgate station

• Children under 14 are not allowed
• There is a lot of walking involved and the tour is not step-free (no elevators)
• The tour is not suitable for people with claustrophobia

• No large bags or luggage allowed
• Open-toed shoes are not allowed
• No food or drinks are allowed, except for water
• One adult or Senior can accompany up to 4 children in total, this cannot be exceeded
• IMPORTANT: All guests must present a photo ID to gain entry

• The tour involves a lot of walking, including areas with uneven terrain and dim lighting. It is not recommended for guests with claustrophobia
• The tours are not step-free and involve walking up and down staircases (there are no elevators)
• Please wear sturdy shoes and appropriate clothes
• There is no coat check available

• The meeting point for this tour is outside the News Update newsagents at Moorgate station, at the bottom of the stairs of exit 3 of Moorgate Underground station.
• A member of the Hidden London team will meet you on arrival
• Please arrive 15 minutes before the time on your ticket
• IMPORTANT: All guests must present a photo ID to gain entry
