• Scan your card at the entrance

• If you have purchased a guidebook, you can pick it up at the Lisboa Story Centre (Praça do Comércio 78, 1100-148); open from 10:00–18:00
• Visit an Ask Me Lisboa office for assistance with any technical issues
• Ask Me Lisboa offices are closed on 25 December and 01 January
