• Portuguese residents get free entry on Sundays, holidays, and 52 special days yearly with a Citizen Card
• Entry allowed up to 1 hour after your slot, subject to visitor volume

• You may enter the venue up to 1 hour after your selected timeslot, depending on the amount of visitors
• Some parts of the venue are not available due to renovations

• Bring water, sunscreen, a hat, or rain gear, depending on current weather conditions, as wait times outside the venue may exceed 1 hour
• No eating or smoking inside.
• Pets not allowed
• Waiting time can be longer than an hour during high season

• Show your smartphone ticket at the entrance
• You don't need to go to the Museum of Archaeology in the building adjacent to Jerónimos to get the tickets – with your e-ticket, you can go directly to the entrance of the Monastery
• Even with a reserved timeslot, please prepare for long wait times outside the venue, especially in high season
• Please note that there are very few places to sit and rest outside of the venue
