Visit the Church of Sant’Aspreno ai Crociferi which is built in 1633 and named after Naples' first bishop, Saint Aspreno. After being closed for around forty years, it reopened as a venue for contemporary art by sculptor Jago.
The church became Jago's studio in 2021 where he created the Pietà, a life-sized sculpture reinterpreting themes of sorrow. The church reopened as an exhibition space for contemporary art in 2023.
Located near Naples' historic center, it serves as a gateway to explore a neighborhood rich in historical and artistic heritage.
