- Self-guided entrance to the Haut-Koenigsbourg Castle
- The tour includes 300 steps of different heights and directions, strollers are not allowed
- If you are coming with young children, bring a baby carrier
- Free admission on the first Sunday of each month from November to March as well as on Heritage Days (September 20 and 21, 2025)
- Only guide and assistance dogs are permitted
The outdoor areas, from the parking lot to the lower courtyard, are accessible to people in wheelchairs, with the help of their companion. The ticket office access has steps, making it inaccessible to unaccompanied people in wheelchairs. The tour route includes 300 steps of varying heights and directions.
