• Both the Duomo Museum and the Florence Baptistery are planned as part of the itinerary, but the visit may include only one of the two sites
• The Cathedral is an active place of worship and may be closed to visitors at any time for liturgical services or religious ceremonies, without prior notice

• No sleeveless tops, shorts, or skirts above the knee inside the cathedral
• Backpacks or back-worn bags of any size are not permitted

• Meet your guide in Piazza Duomo, directly across from the cafe of the Museo dell'Opera del Duomo. Your guide will have a signboard that says, “Walks In Europe”
• Show your smartphone ticket to the guide at the meeting point
• You must arrive at the meeting point 15 minutes before the start of the tour. This is due to the timed entry of the tickets
• Tickets are timed and expire within 5 to 10 minutes
• Please be informed that it is not possible to join the tour after it has commenced
