• Access to the duomo is not permitted with bare legs and shoulders, sandals, or hats
• It is mandatory to leave suitcases and backpacks in the luggage storage (Piazza Duomo n. 38/r)

• Holders of Ghiberti Pass must access Santa Reparata at the start of the time slot chosen at the moment of purchase. The other monuments (museum and baptistery) can be visited during the pass's 3-day validity without booking
• The reservation for the day and time slot of the visit cannot be changed for Santa Reparata • Access to the baptistery is from the North Door (Martelli Street side)
• Access to the Opera del Duomo Museum is from Piazza del Duomo no. 9 • Access to the Santa Reparate is from the Cathedral “Porta Campanile” (south side, beside the Bell Tower entrance)
