Then we'll walk to the stadium like a local, passing by the places and hearing the stories only a true fan knows.An unfamiliar stadium is a stressful place. The wrong gate, the wrong queue, a language you don't speak, and ninety thousand people arriving at once. You won't have to deal with any of that. We'll take you to the right gate, at the right time, and escort you inside. Everything is taken care of. Just enjoy it.Small groups (up to 15 people). Match ticket included. A local fan by your side, from the first drink until you enter.Bilingual tour (Spanish/English) — the host adapts to the group's needs.Tickets correspond to Category 4 (blue on the seating chart, here). It is possible to request a category upgrade for a supplement and is subject to availability and confirmation.Following club policy and terms of sale, at least one seat per pair is guaranteed. Please note that clubs define a pair of seats in the following combinations, which you can see here. Purchases of more than two tickets cannot be guaranteed to be seated together, although every effort will be made to place them as close as possible. Your seat will be confirmed when the club issues the tickets 24-48 hours before the match, which is when you will receive your direct access tickets. During the booking process, you will be asked for the full name, date of birth, ID number, and nationality of each participant, as the tickets are non-transferable. Changes and cancellations are not permitted. If a match is postponed at short notice due to adverse weather conditions, industrial action, force majeure, or any other reason beyond the control of the football club or television companies, the match ticket will remain valid for the rescheduled date. Depending on availability, an alternative match may be offered.
