Cruise by Lisbon’s famous sites and see dolphins in the ocean
See Lisbon from the water as you travel from the city center to the Atlantic Ocean. On the way, view landmarks such as the Monument to the Discoveries, Jerónimos Monastery, and Belém Tower.
Once at sea, look for dolphins and other marine life. You may also see whales, sea turtles, sharks, jellyfish, fish, and seabirds.
An onboard marine biologist will help you identify the species you encounter and explain more about their behavior and habitat.
Before departure, the crew will provide safety instructions and explain what to expect during the activity.
Wildlife sightings cannot be guaranteed, as the animals live in their natural habitat. The tour follows safety and animal-welfare guidelines for cetacean observation.
The activity is operated by certified and licensed boat companies that are authorized to observe cetaceans in their natural habitat and follow the relevant animal-welfare code of conduct.
