The visit begins by locating the setting of the vineyards, the Sierra de Yerga in Rioja Oriental, as well as a review of the past and present of traditional wine-growing culture. We will discover centuries-old plots and how these vineyards are worked using sustainable and respectful viticulture. The vision of the architect and the winegrower united in a reinvented urban space that recovers a lost historical tradition of making wines in the center of Logroño.
