Located on the Costa del Sol, Bioparc Fuengirola champions a new model of animal parks based on nature and the preservation of its species. Its facilities faithfully recreate some of the most amazing tropical forests in the world: Madagascar, equatorial Africa, Southeast Asia, the islands of the Indo-Pacific and, as a novelty, the forests of Central and South America.
With its new extension, Bioparc Fuengirola recreates the seas, rivers, coasts and tropical forests of Central and South America. Visitors will be able to see the biodiversity of these ecosystems through saltwater aquariums, freshwater aquariums and estuaries, and a spectacular aviary where small primates and unique birds coexist. As a novelty, it will be possible to contemplate all this fauna and flora following in the footsteps of the explorers of the first circumnavigation of the world, begun by Fernando de Magallanes and completed by Juan Sebastián Elcano and the men of the ship Victoria.
