• Delays may occur due to the security checks in front of and inside the Tower
• The security staff will do bag checks at the entrance area.

• Go directly to security control on the first floor of the TV Tower with your ticket (e-ticket or printed)
• The steps leading up to the entrance are on the tower's northern side, directly opposite the Alexanderplatz S-Bahn (rail) station
• Hold the code imprinted at the bottom of this ticket in front of the scanner to pass through the turnstile. You'll also need this ticket to leave the Berlin TV Tower, so keep it safe
• You will be allocated seating by a hostess who will meet you at the steps to the restaurant
• You cannot move between the viewing platform and the restaurant
• Restaurant reservations can only be held for 15 minutes from the time on your voucher
