Children aged 15 and under must be accompanied by an adult.

  • Please note that there is no cloakroom at the Chimney Lift
  • Pushchairs and buggies are only permitted in The Gallery space and cannot be brought into the Lift
  • Infants (under 2 years old) can enter free of charge and do not require a ticket
  • There are 39 steps to go up to the Chimney. If you require a step-free route, please make sure to reserve the wheelchair lift.
  • Only small handbags or backpacks (max. 32cm × 15cm × 45cm) are permitted. Larger bags, wheeled bags and personal items cannot be stored.
