Located at the foot of Aneto, it is surrounded by more than sixty three-thousanders, a location among the largest in the Pyrenees that gives it a special character, a mountaineering DNA that permeates everything: dreamlike views, ideal slopes for skiing and slopes between unique forests.
With 80 kilometers and immersed in an expansion project towards the Castanesa valley, the station perfectly combines that alpine character with its family vocation. For those traveling with the little ones or taking their first steps in skiing, several beginner areas (Cota 2000 and Ampriu), as well as special slopes and descents: the Enchanted Forest or the Funny Track.
The most Those skilled on the boards will find mythical slopes such as Canal Broad or Quebrantahuesos, or challenges such as the 'Safari 10mil' to descend more meters than Everest in a single day. And it is that watch out for the unevenness of the complex: from 2,630 m of Gallinero to 1,500 m of the lowest level. These two points are the start and finish of the 9km, one of the longest tracks in Spain.
