Not included:

  • Access to the Royal Bedrooms (available onsite for an additional fee)
  • Free timed entry tickets (with an ID) available for disabled visitors & residents of Seville
  • If your selected timeslot is not available, you will be assigned the next available one within 30 min

For security reasons, the venue requests all visitors to bring a valid ID or passport which will be scanned at the entrance. It has to match the one you provide during the booking process.

  • Skip the ticket office at Patio de Banderas and go directly to the Online tickets access at Puerta del León
  • Please note that during peak season, you might have to wait a little bit in line due to security reasons
  • If your selected timeslot is not available, you will be assigned the next available one
  • For this visit, you can enter the monument from 15 minutes before to 30 minutes after the time
