✔ The venue allows changes and cancellations up to 72 hours (3.0 days) before the start of the access day from our My Purchases section.
✔ You will receive your tickets in a second email after your purchase.

✔ For resident tickets it will be necessary to prove your Resident Status with your National Identity Card or certificate of census registration.
✔ You must be present 30 minutes before the reservation time.
✔ Tours are not suitable for people with reduced mobility.

✔ Children under 13 must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
✔ Accompanying persons who are not going on the tour should not purchase or make a reservation.
✔ To access the Family Circuit you must be over 1.10m tall and weigh less than 110 kg.
✔ To access the Sports Circuit you must be over 1.45m tall, weigh less than 110 kg and be over 10 years old.
