Conditions that apply:

• Minimum age and weight: Two (2) years and nine (9) kg.

• The tour includes a tour guide who speaks Spanish/English.

• The cost of the voucher is per vehicle and has a maximum capacity of 4 people, adults or children.

• Tuk Tuks do not have trunks, so child seats, wheelchairs, suitcases, or large bags cannot be brought in.

• For safety reasons, pets and companion animals are not allowed.

• Tours cannot be modified, nor can photo stops.

• The vehicles are suitable for seniors, and our drivers will assist them in getting in if necessary.

• All tours start and end at the same pick-up point.

Disclaimer

• In case of customer delay, the activity will be shortened according to the time lost, which may result in a change to the planned route. The activity will be cancelled if the delay exceeds 15 minutes, and no refund will be issued.

• The tour itinerary may vary due to road closures or demonstrations on the day of the tour.

• Tours operate rain or shine, and may only be cancelled under extreme conditions.
