Conditions that apply:

• 2-hours tour to see whales and puffins
• A specialized English-speaking guide
• Warm safety overalls (obligatory)
• Raincoat (if needed)

• Please show your smartphone ticket to the staff at Gentle Giants ticket office (with the big blue flags)
• The check-in is at least 40 minutes before the departure
• If no whales or dolphins are seen on the tour, you will be offered a voucher for a traditional whale watching tour on oak boats free of charge, however, no refund is given
• Please bring warm and waterproof clothing
• For your safety and comfort, we reserve the right to change schedules, even with short notice, should weather or other conditions change. This may include skipping the visit to Puffin Island
