The site allows changes and cancellations up to 0 h before the visit.
- On Wednesdays the Duomo Museum and San Gottardo Church are closed
- Visitors must be at the gate at the time indicated on the ticket to start the security checks.
- Shoulders and knees must be covered. Shorts, sandals, tank tops and mini-skirts are not allowed
- Due to maintenance work at the Duomo Museum, only the Cathedral (Duomo) will be accessible until the 30th of September
- Each site can be visited once.

- The Veneranda Fabbrica del Duomo may change opening hours, access ways, visit duration, or any events planned at the Duomo if needed, check here

Return of devices within 18:00 to the Groups Ticket Office. Beyond these times, the rental service is always active at the Groups Ticket Office, on the right side of the Cathedral. To rent the audio guide, an identity document is required as a security deposit
