Conditions that apply:

GENERAL CONDITIONS: Please BE ON TIME for the arrival time for the reserved services. For safety reasons, children under 3 years old and people with external injuries and/or with any part of their body bandaged and/or in a cast are not allowed to enter Caldea. Children under 18 years old must be accompanied by an adult (at least one adult for every 2 children). Premium admission is for children aged 16 and over. Classic admission is for children aged 5 and over. Children aged 3 and 4 only have access to the Children's Spa, children aged 5 to 8 can access the Children's Spa and the Caldea areas with the Classic admission, and children aged 9 to 11 can access the Caldea areas with the Classic admission only. Parents cannot stay inside the Children's Spa while the children are doing the activities.

On Mondays (all day), Tuesdays and Thursdays (from 3pm) during the “Winter-Spring” period, Caldea receives school groups, so it is possible that the number of visitors will be greater than on other days of the week.GENERAL CONDITIONS: Please BE ON TIME for the arrival time for the reserved services.
