The site allows changes and cancellations up to 24 h before the visit.
- Children must be older than 2 years, babies are not permitted
- The tuk-tuk doesn't have a trunk, so you can't carry child seats, wheelchairs, suitcases, or large packages
- The price is determined per tuk-tuk
- The tour itinerary may change due to street closures or protests on the day of the tour
- If the customer is late, the activity will be shortened based on the time lost

The pick-up point is located in the (underground) bus station of Plaza de Oriente, right next to the Royal Palace. Although there is no number 4 on Calle Bailén (28013), searching for “Calle Bailén 4” or “Puerta del Príncipe” on Google Maps will mark the exact location of the "Puerta del Príncipe."
