- The tour including Chiostro di Santa Chiara and Sansevero Chapel is not available on Sundays afternoon and some days.
- No bare shoulders or exposed legs allowed in churches
- Comfortable shoes and light clothes in summer are recommended
- The tour will end at the San Gennaro Cathedral
- The Cloister of Santa Chiara will be closed on the 5th of April, 2026, and the tour price will be reduced accordingly
