✔ All facilities at the Zoo are adapted for people with reduced mobility.

✔ Entry of domestic animals of any kind into the Zoo is not allowed, except for assistance dogs with their corresponding health card.

✔ You can bring your own food and drink, picnic areas are available.

✔ It is not allowed to enter with bicycles, skates, or scooters. You will find external bicycle parking areas in front of the entrances.

✔ It is totally forbidden to touch any animal offspring, as it could alter their behavior and even cause health problems. It is also not allowed to touch the adult animals.

✔ Exiting and re-entering the Zoo is not allowed.
