✔ Carry your tickets on your mobile or printed and present them at the main ticket office.

✔ It is necessary to make a reservation at a specific time and arrive 15 minutes before the start of the activity.

✔ The activity lasts 3 hours (including equipment and initiation time)

✔ Includes equipment: Harness with hook to attach to the lifeline and 1 pulley for sliding on the zip lines.

✔ Circuits:

• Awenda (+7 years and +110cm height)
• Baobab (+7 years and +115cm height)
• Sherwood (+9 years and +130cm height)
• Styx (+11 years and +140cm height)
• Erawan (+11 years and +140cm height)

✔ Entrance to the different circuits closes 40 minutes before the facilities close.

✔ 6-year-old children can only participate in the Awenda and Baobab circuits accompanied by an adult doing the activity with them. There is a special entrance for 6-year-olds and for the companions of 6-year-olds that only allows access to these two circuits (maximum one adult for every 2 children).

✔ The tree adventure park activity is carried out autonomously: each adventurer is responsible for their own safety and completes the circuits by self-securing.

✔ With the continuous lifeline, children can experience the adventure in total safety without being accompanied by an adult on the circuit (a responsible adult must always be present with children under 16 years of age).

✔ Instructors provide initial training for the circuits and then remain on the ground monitoring the clients. The instructors are there to help and can be asked for assistance at any time along the circuits.

✔ Parking is free. Access to the park is via a dirt path.

✔ You can take a stroller along the forest track to the Pino a Pino reception hut. It is not paved and is sloped.

✔ Pino a Pino park is located within an environmental protection area where dogs must be kept on a leash. You cannot bring your pet to the park as you will not be able to take care of it while doing the circuits.

✔ Recommendations:

• Wear comfortable clothing, sports shoes (preferably trainers, not mountain boots).
• Tie long hair back in a low bun.
• Although not mandatory, for greater comfort, it is recommended to wear gloves (cycling type or thin gloves that allow easy manipulation of carabiners)
• Do not carry objects that can fall off during the circuits (caps,...).
• Empty your pockets, avoid carrying valuable objects (watches, sunglasses,...).
• Wear appropriate clothing: do not skimp on warm clothing
• The circuits are located in the shade of the trees.
• You can carry glasses, sunscreen, and a cap to use before or after the activity.
• There may be resin on the circuits: do not wear delicate clothing.
